MCBC offices are located in a 5600 square foot facility which is tooled and equipped with a yard, shop and garage space located in Knoxville, Tennessee’s Empowerment Zone and East Knoxville’s Development Corridor. MCBC is a Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). McBee / Bailey & Associates Construction is an authorized factory-direct wholesaler of lighting, electrical equipment and other supplies.
